Why is it important?

‍We would like to dedicate the first season of the podcast to voicing Ukrainian Founders’ stories as they are undergoing crippling business conditions in the time of war. However, they are resilient and learn to adjust to the new reality. We have no doubt that Ukrainian startup founders will come out the other side bigger and stronger. Jillian Godsil pulls these stories out so the international investment community sees that it is still safe to continue working with Ukrainian entrepreneurs. MatchingVoices features some of the brightest entrepreneurial minds talking about overcoming new challenges and using them as learning experiences to survive, save their teams, attract new funds and ultimately, create success.

We would love to build a community around entrepreneurship as a human experience, expressing all of its nuances. This podcast can also equip people working in this field with the critical information necessary to grow their business and find relevant network.
